Official Document User Protection Applicable in Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5juta platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies published by 5juta from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5juta platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.

The 5juta platform is intended solely for individuals who have reached the legal age under applicable law. Users who find themselves ineligible by age or under local law must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user may only hold one registered account on 5juta. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 5juta will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in protecting your login details.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the 5juta platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal purposes under Malaysian law. This includes a prohibition on using automated software, bots, or any system manipulation techniques to gain an unfair advantage in games or transactions.

3. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 5juta platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts a variety of local payment methods, including FPX transfers, DuitNow, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the terms set out in your account and may change from time to time.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform, depending on the chosen payment method. As a standard security measure, 5juta may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or result in the rejection of the withdrawal request.

Any attempt to conduct transactions using unauthorised payment methods, another person's credit card without consent, or any form of financial fraud will result in immediate account closure and further action under applicable law.

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified within each user's account.
  • All transactions are in RM and do not involve foreign currency conversion.
  • 5juta is not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
  • Your full transaction history can be reviewed in the account history section.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

5juta reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document. Circumstances that may result in such action include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
  • Holding more than one registered account.
  • Using third-party software, bots, or unauthorised methods to play or conduct transactions.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Abusing the platform's bonus or promotional programmes.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, 5juta reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance subject to case assessment. For voluntary closures requested by the user, any valid account balance will be returned in accordance with the established process.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

5juta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding availability or freedom from errors.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the 5juta platform are the property of 5juta or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5juta.
